Terms and Conditions

General Overview

By participating in the Sip & Shoot Explore: Qatar and Abu Dhabi event (“the Event”), you (“the Participant” or “Luminary”) agree to the following terms and conditions. “We” or “Us” refers to the organizers of the Event.

Event Details

The Event begins on June 10, 2025, and ends on June 21, 2025.

Locations include Qatar, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai in the UAE.

Participants must be 21 years or older to attend.

Travel and Passport Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring their passports are valid for at least six months beyond the start date of the Event (valid through December 10, 2025).

Travel insurance is mandatory and must be obtained prior to attending the Event.

While airfare arrangements are included, we are not responsible for missed flights. Travel insurance should cover such incidents.

Not a Travel Agency

We are not a travel group or agency. The Event is a curated gathering and experience for creatives, also referred to as Luminaries.

Payment Terms

A deposit is required to secure your spot in the Event.

Payment in full or a payment plan must be completed by the designated deadlines.

Media and Image Use

By attending the Event, you consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Event for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes. If you do not consent to such use, you must notify us in writing before the Event begins.

Force Majeure Clause

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance of the Event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or adjust the Event, but no refunds will be provided.

Liability and Waiver

Participants attend at their own risk. We are not responsible for injuries, loss, or damages incurred during the Event. By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your participation.

Compliance with Local Laws

Participants must adhere to the laws and regulations of Qatar, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai during the Event. Any violation of local laws will result in immediate dismissal from the Event. Additionally, we will not be held liable for any legal consequences arising from such violations.

By registering for the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Deposit: A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit and will be clearly noted the amount due and monthly payment plan. Full Payment: All reservations can be paid in full at time of booking as long as the tour still has available space

REFUNDS: All payments to Sip and Shoot LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Sip and Shoot LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.

EVENT DOCUMENTS: Provided full payment is made by the Final Payment Due date, your travel documents and instructions will be sent via email and/or mail at least 30 days before the event date. If you prefer paper documents instead of e-documents, they will be sent via USPS approximately 14-21 days before the event, subject to a $30 fee. A co mplete street address (no PO Boxes) is required for delivery.
